The SOBEWFF® Official Guide provides comprehensive information about the more than 90 events spanning five days and spotlights the talents of over 350 chefs, culinary personalities, winemakers and spirits producers from around the world. The guide serves as a go-to source for all things SOBEWFF®. Readers will turn to this colorful, glossy magazine-style guide for everything they need to know about the 2018 line-up of events.

The 2018 Festival will take place February 21-25, 2018, and will once again feature internationally renowned talent and leaders of the hospitality industry at uniquely crafted events showcasing world-class wine, spirits, food and fun.

Each year, more than 1,200 students and volunteers gain invaluable real-world experience with the Festival, which serves as an interactive educational platform for the future leaders of the hospitality industry. To date, the Festival has raised more than $26 million for the Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management at Florida International University.
